Kids Video Capture Card

Looking at buying a PCI Video capture card. Will be using it for TV and capturing home movies to the computer to later burn to SVCD. I've been looking around but i wonder what you guys would have in mind, i've seen:

ATI Radeon PCI 7500 64 All in wonder
and
ATI All in Wonder VE 64 PCI

Witch do you think is the better? Or is there another one that blows these away. My price range is under $200.

I've tried using some USB capture devices but the framerate was unbareable. I would like a card that can do full 30fps encoding.

Thanx!

I have a Hauppauge WinTV-Theater and it works great. Has s-video, coaxal cable, and RCA(composit) inputs and audio of course. They also have the digital line for a few more $'s

I'll have to look into that MDS.
I keep looking for a DSS model tuner to come on to the market but probably won't happen.
I have 2 extra sets of A/V outs on the DSS receiver but only 1
set has the SVHS vid out.
I would like to get the ATI AIW but hate paying the money for a cable TV tuner that won't be used.

bfcx, newegg has the AIW 8500 for a decent price;
