um why not just take a hall closet that has a regular door and put a couple of deadbolt locks on it. that is if you have a closet that size. you can even put shelves in the closet so to organize all your stuffs and then lock it up. Get one of those good deadbolts that can't be picked.

Is this your teenager that is walking off with stuffs?

hi neostar01,
good idea---but --uhh all our closets are sliding door walk-in
6'x6'x4' would fit easily into all
oh, and further more we only have 1 child although we are the house of fun(multi computer internet play,x-box,ps2, and the cube)

okay what about building like a tall cabinet in the garage for your parts? one you cna lock as well.

Walmart sells steel gun cabinets that would work well. They start around $80-100. Or a tool box that goes in the back of a pickup truck. Or if you need REALLY cheap, how about an old refrigerator with a lock? Check out a place that sells used office furniture and get a file cabinet.
