Kewl! I just had to RMA an ECS K7S5A back to 'em. I just called them up on the phone and the person gave me an RMA #. I just shipped it back to them this morning. So I will have to suck up to them when I order my Epox 8RDA. I say screw the ECS board. Well, they don't care really. I am spending more money on the Epox than the ECS. What is the e-mail addy you used to send that email. I don't want to take advantage of them but, I just want free stuff.

BTW, is newegg down? I can't get to it. I keep getting a 404.

I pinged it and got this message on all 4 packets sent: Destination net unreachable.

Hmm... that's interesting to know. I always send emails to retailers that I received my products, that they're good, and thanks for the good services. I sent newegg a good email because their services was outstanding. I haven't seen anyone else who gives you detailed status of your orders. Well, at least not yet.

I got a Coolermaster case from them and the top of the case has some type of a "disfigurement" on it. It is the ATC610 and it looks like the finish of the black paint was bad before the clear coat went on it. I should have sent it back but I don't want to wait on building this PC and I don't feel like spending $10+ on shipping it to them. It will sit in my stereo cabinet so it won't be noticeable.
