Fedex shipping time

According to my tracking number, Fedex is supposed to deliver a package to me by the 2/28 (today). The problem is the package hasn't even reached the local hub near me. Fedex has always been right with the shipping dates until today. How long should I wait before complaining to them?

Good question, I'd just call them and ask about it rather than complain. I believe they refund the shipping if it isb't there on time.

Well I've had that happen a few times before...the package may, in fact, be at your local hub. Sometimes the tracking system is a little sluggish and doesn't always update realtime. I wouldn't sweat it too much, just call and talk to the FedEx reps about it.

What with the weather that's been going on, it wouldn't be much of a surprise if there were things that showed up a day late. That'd be particularly true if you were having something shipped FedEx or UPS Ground.

As chance would have it, I've had a delivery scheduled almost every day this week and every one of them has been on time. Only one was an air shipment.
