I've made 2 orders with the same vendor, but the orders were over 18 months ago but gave the actual rating a month ago. I try to rate it again and it only gives me an option to edit it. Wats the best way for me to rate them because they weren't as good as I remembered.
I had a similar situation happen to me. I just adjusted my ratings accordingly. You know, average the two experiences and comeup with a rating that way.
is that the only way though? I mean I can understand it's sort of a security concern if a vendor that works for the company repeatedly submits ratings to raise it, but it would be better if there was a way to update it everytime you've had an order.
Yes, I think it would be better but as it stands as of now, that is the only way I know to do it. Maybe someone with a little more experience on the site knows otherwise and will post. We'll have to wait and see.
Might be an idea if you could give multiple ratings but only one ever 6 months or so this way you could give a better idea of how the company works over the years.
