Nutrend.com and Newegg.com Same company???

Look at the following examples:

The descriptions are exactly the same and the “Fedex Saver Shipping” is exactly the same! The price at Nutrend is slightly higher. I’m 90% sure this is the same company or NuTrend has stolen Newegg’s website.

Why would a company do this?

I've ordered from both, although it's been three years for Nutrend. I don't think they're connected in any way.

yeah, it is kinda weird. I was searching for "Sound Blaster Audigy 2" on pricewatch and after scrolling down, newegg was selling it for $112(now its $126). This is the description Nutrend.com gave it on the pricewatch website. :

What's different is that there is no link for the mail in rebate, and since it isn't from newegg you can't get the rebate. Someone is being sloppy.

abspc and newegg are owned by the same people.. I have been told that newegg is just a clearing house for abspc.. Sources of information to remain anonnymous.

I'm pretty sure there some how related, i've seen many items listed with the same part # at both sites.

I once called newegg and got ABS instead. That's how I realized it. Then I went to ABS's site and saw all the same stuff under parts/peripherals.
