dell small business return

Does anyone know if dell charges a restocking fee for
returns ? I have bought a notebook two weeks back
for $1400 and now I have a coupon and the price for
the same piece is around $1200. I called c/s rep and
she said they cannot do a price match. She said if
I wanted I could place a new order and return the
one I have at my own cost. She said dell does not
charge a restocking fee...but I read somewhere that
dell charges a restocking fee.

Has anyone returned any item to Dell SB before ?
