newegg rules!

Building a computer for a friend...
First I notice that today a ton of stuff is free shipping with fedex super saver thing.
So, order a Athlon XP, nforce2 mobo, WD special edition 80gb, 8mb drive, and a Radeon vid card.
Ordered about 2 p.m. MST.
Immediate confirmation.
All steps completed and fedex tracking number given by 6 P.M. MST,
and then finally listed on fedex tracking site at 7 as being on a fedex truck!
WOW! that's all I can say. WOW!
They had the order confirmed, pulled, packaged and sent in a couple of hours!
Plus, it was free shipping, and great deals on all the parts.

They've made a loyal customer for life.

yeah, i have never actually bought from them, the products i wanted were out of stock each time (they do restock quickly though) but being as impatient as i am, i went elsewhere
from what people here say, and their reviews, i would reccomend them to others, and one day i will buy there, i swear!

LOL yeah, thats newegg for you. Stupid company why can't they be slow and overcharge and have terrible tech support like everyone else! What are they trying to do??? Get loyal costumers that keep coming back over and over again (me)??!!

Yeah I love newegg!

If it wasn't for newegg making a fuss over a credit card that was used, i would be using a palomino XP2100.

Because of them, they waited to confirm some of the CC stuff for about 4 days, which gave enough time for the 2100XP tbred to come into their warehouse (Wasn't listed before) and i was able to exchange the palomino for the tbred b and pay the extra before it was shipping out.

I'm so glad I bought 85% of both my pc's parts there. Great guys (spent over $1200 there)

I have had very good experience with Newegg but TCWO was slightl better. I will use either one depending on price.

I've spent roughly $5k on parts from newegg, and plan to spend another $1k next week. The best part is the shipping: $900 worth of stuff and only $20 worth of shipping (and that $900 includes a case, ps, AND CRT monitor ).

Why I keep going back:
- Fast...most of the time it's same-day shipping
- Zero discrepencies as far as rip-offs
- RMA process is very fast
- Prices are comparable with other, cheap, lesser-known resellers, even before the shipping discounts.

oh..should have mentioned also..
Had an RMA on them for a motherboard. Got a replacement very quick, no hassle. yep..definitely one of the best.
The only question is...
how can they do such a good job, customer service, speed, etc..and still have very low, competitive prices?
getting these things right usually takes money, in training, hiring good people, etc..
What's their secret? Volume?
just some thoughts..

I use Newegg a lot!

I don't think you can use image tags in all the forums. It's a function that has to be enabled..

btw and fyi to all... when reporting a post people please read the conditions in which that feature is to be used. If your issue is not listed please just PM or email a mod and make your statement or question..

Thanks
