I agree wholeheartedly with the above (and everything in between on Auraedge's post). eBay is like a flee-market. If you get a bad vendor, you don't call the Better Business Bureau about the flee-market. You call it for the individual seller. The same applies to eBay, which is, in a sense, on online flee-market.

You people are clueless!!!!!!!!!

eBay suspended my account last week - because they say I was associated with another suspended account that I had never heard of! And I have a 100% positive feedback rating!

Now - did the email that they sent me have a phone number to call? NO!
Did the email say "Click here if this email is in error"? NO!
Do they respond to 'reply' emails in 24 - 48 hours as they advertise? NO!
Does their web page list phone numbers? NO!
Does the "Click Here if your account was wrongfully suspended" hyperlink work? NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So why can't eBay's customer service be held accountable???????

(I found the eBay customer support phone # from an internet search : 1-888-749-3229)

Were they able to help when I called? NO! (The system was supposedly updating at 1:30 pm PST)

It's not worth dealing with Ebay. Buy from reputable stores and save yourself the headaches.

My opinion

To the founder of RR.

How hard is it to add an area to rate sellers of services? You've had this site up for all these years and never once thought to add in an area like that? To me your responses are nothing but cop-outs. (no offense) Even if you did add that area in, once the bad reviews started pouring in you would just sell out to Ebay and take it down. Or have they already paid you off? Just assuming (no facts stated there).

If you're unhappy with Ebay or PayPal read this:

Here are two prime candidates (IMO) for the absolute best alternatives to PayPal and Ebay:

UniClear offers real-time, global, transaction solutions to businesses and consumers while maintaining the highest level of integrity, security, and customer service. If you want a REAL alternative to PayPal use UniClear. They are taking on PayPal at full speed and growing rapidly. UNICLEAR has saved me hundreds of dollars on transaction fees already. The most they will ever charge you is 1 dollar, yup just one buck!

Mad at Ebay? Use: www.ENDEbay.com . I was suspended from Ebay for bogus reasons and just recently found this new site. I think it is less than 2 weeks old as of now so I concider myself lucky to have found it. Now I can start listing items again and make a statement to Ebay at the same time! I really hope this site does well, I don't see why it would'nt. It's really nice, easy to use and has more features like listing for up to one year. One whole year, so I dont mind being amongst the first members to list items. Let's see Ebay do that! Also Endebay.com just launched their Elite Stores for 10 dollars a month, and after looking at the first three stores they put out I am definately buying one! These things put Ebay stores to shame, and in a bad way.

Oh yah! I almost forgot to tell you all about the best part about www.ENDEBAY.com. This auction website shares 25% of all monthly profits with members! So if the site makes $10,000.00 in profit one month they give $2,500.00 back to it's members! Again, let's see Ebay auctions do that! I hope to be one of the very first members to get a chunk of this new auction websites profit share as there will surely be more and more members trying to get a peice of the cash as the site grows. Really a genius concept (IMO).

Take care everyone. Remember to love eachother and be nice to eachother.

Off subject but the first statement made me smile. Who doesn't make more money than god even though supposedly all money is HIS? :-) Look how people celebrate HIS birthday. Gee HE really wants an office party or a bottle of booze!
