i want to sell my old palm, i found this site and they will buy it. but does anyone know if they are reputable? Id like to go to a dell axium, as i would rather use windows interface. www.sellyourpalm.net??

Provided those are his eBay ratings, they seem pretty good. Over 2500 positives and not a single negative int he past 6 months.

1 question...say this guy sends me a bad check...is that considered mail fraud? do i have any recourse since he now has my palm?

Yes, if he sends you a bad check, you do have legal grounds to stand on. As with all mail fraud, it is not an easy route to go, and hopefully you won't have that problem. The service seems to be him selling on eBay using his good rep to help sell your stuff.
