Placed an order with them on 3rd Feb for a modded Radeon card.Few days later on their website they said they ran out-of-stock but customers who placed orders on or before 4th Feb will be processed. But they refunded my money and say that I won't be getting my card even though I placed my order before 4th Feb! Should I be entitled to my order or is it right for them to just cancel my order even though they say will process those orders made on or before 4th Feb? Please go somewhere else for your online shopping cos I think if they can't fulfil a customer order satisfactorily they don't deserve any biz from us. And they are rude, arrogant as well. I don't think this is the right way to treat a customer, below is what the last email from them reads. The least they can do is just apologise , its not that hard to say sorry is it?

We refunded your order totally. You have no action you can take against us. The fact is we ran out of cards faster than we thought we would. I am full aware of what it says on MY site. I do not need to be reminded. All emails you send after this will be rejected or you will get no reply.

He has a point, but in the same way - he had no right to be so rude to you. A polite email would have been just as effective - being rude loses customers.

Yea, technically he is right. He doesn't have an obligation to fufill your order as long as he refunded your money. However he was defeintly very rude about it and I will add bulletpc.com to my list of stores I won't shop from. Thanks.
