There is no good and cheap capture card, the cheap ones are quite truthfully....horrid.... and the good ones are unfortunately..more than cheap.... You can check some out at Pinnacle systems... or Pricegrabber... or even Pricewatch....

Um, no. In fact the cheap cards can be very good indeed. Don't get suckered into buying overpriced crap.

My Hauppauge $39 TV card does EXCELLENT captures.
