Order from the Geeks?

I know some of you have ordered from CompGeeks before, so here are my questions.

1) How did the order go? Fast? Come as expected?
and more inportantly
2) If you have had to RMA something, how did it go with them?

The reason that I ask is that I see them reccomended here, yet reseller ratings doesn't have them all so hot....

My experience has generally been good, with the right stuff showing up in a timely fashion. If they're backlogged getting stuff out the door, they'll tell you so, right during the order process.

RMA-ing has been trouble for some. They were expanding so rapidly that they really DID have some customer service problems in that regard. I've only had to deal with it once, and got good results by calling them, rather than the email route. In my situation, I talked to a tech support guy and we determined that the items in question were inarguably defective. He just told me to keep them and gave me an in-house credit, since the item in question was inherently defective.

So, deal with them on the phone if you can on RMA stuff, otherwise, my experience has been uniformly good.
