I don't like openly bashing companies that I haven't dealt with personally, but it should be noted that this is not an isolated incident; there have been dozens upon dozens of complaints of unprofessionalism on the part of MCHost, all revolving around billing issues - MCHost overbilling, underbilling, charging consumers who have requested cancellation, and most of all making promsies on billing issues that they cannot keep. These complaints have been made on a variety of forums (many on WHT, like the one posted here), as well as on usenet.
