I reviewed them around X-mas time and most of the reviews that I read for a few months averaged as dissatisfied service. Either they hired more competent management and staff to deal with CS issues, or they are purposefully manipulating the ratings; IMHO I believe the latter. If anyone checks their last month compared to every other month (4+ months), they show a 4x increase in reviews (almost all highly rated). I find that rather difficult to believe given their track record. I think resellerratings.com should look into this since if merchants can manipulate their negative reviews to minimize the impact, what good will this site be? I will be looking more suspiciously at ratings in the future given what is happening here.
