If your going to buy one you should buy it from here http://www.newegg.com/app/manufactor...alog=48&DEPA=1
Just choose your chipset on the left and it will give you a whole list of them. The prices are close to what it was going to cost you on E-Bay but you know its coming from a great dealer.

$70 compared to $50. That is a big difference.

All Radeon's are powered by ATi, since ATi makes the Radeon Chip. the only other type is BBA, or Built by ATi, which are actually manufacturered by ATi and doesnt have a third party to produce the card. I don't know if theres any difference between the PBA R7000 and the BBA R7000 though, as far as clockspeed.
...And $50 and $30...also big difference.
I'd get the third one down - Its the one with DDR and TV-Out for $34
EDIT - Nix that,
Get the $40 one with 64MB of DDR and TV-Out. This one has free shipping, so the difference between this one and the one I cited above is effectively $2.

Fry's is selling a Radeon 7000/VE PCI for around $50 but I'm not sure if it has TV out.

I need one that is PCI though. The computer that I am sticking this is only has a PCI slot. No AGP.

In gpx cards, is there that much of a difference in performance if the ram is sdram or ddr?

First one on this page.
Its PCI
Its DDR
its got TV-Out
Its even got DVI
Its in a cool black color
Its $45 and....
Its shipped free.
DDR should prove to be a good deal faster than SDR, since the Memory on the card is essentially going twice as fast when running DDR instead of SDR.
In case your wondering DVI is a connector that allows LCD screens to run in full digital mode without changing to analog between the computer and the screen. So if you ever got an LCD, you can run it in full digital.

the DDR from SDR would prove a bigger performance increase than 32MB to 64MB, but if you really want 64MB in PCI, I dont think you can beat that price on Ebay.
-EDIT
Thats strange..ATi doesnt acknowledge the existance of SDR versions of the 7000 http://mirror.ati.com/products/pc/radeon7000/faq.html#1
All Radeon VE's made (The 7000 is actually a rebadging of the older Radeon VE, Same chip) were all DDR, but the 7000 obviously comes in SDR. I was actually trying to see if they used the same trick that Nvidia employed with the Geforce2 MX, whereas both the DDR and the SDR types had the same effective speed, but its hard to tell. Nvidia had sold both versions for around the same price though. Judging from the higher price of the DDR version, it seems that the SDR is indeed further crippled than the DDR.
