Check out Logitech, Altec Lansing and also the JBL or Harmond Kardon (not sure which brand they are) Creatures.
The Creatures are funky looking, a little expensive, but they sound AWESOME.

I get a set of Logitech speakers, everything that I have will be Logitech. Well, technically not all Logitech but, my wireless keyboard, wireless mouse, cordless telephone and pc headset, game controller, and digital camera. |

I'll throw in a vote for Logitech as well. I'm fairly certain you should be able to pick up a set of their Z-540s for a price within your budget. That's their "budget" 4.1 set. I've got a set of their Z-340s, which is identical to the 540s, except with 2 less satellites, and these speakers sound great. The 340s you should be able to pick up for $40 or less.

Cambridge is a little bit too pricey.
So 2 votes for Logitech, 1 for Cambridge and 1 for JBL (AKA Harmond Kardon).
