In business hours, on the front page, www.ebay.com, there should be a button where you click on live help. An internet person will be talking to you over the internet to help you... thanks

Good Luck! Ebay is not known for their customer service, regardless of your problem. If you have a big enough problem that you are willing to endure a phone call to them, plan on at least 30 minutes on hold.

It is hard to contact Ebay. It can be done but they are useless.

I've tried to contact Ebay when I sold an item and the buyer wouldn't contact me or pay.

It is next to impossible to contact a real person at Ebay. I finally did contact a person and, basically, they listened half-hearted, spouted off the Ebay offical policy that they are a third-party and do not get involved. The CSR told for me to contact legal channels. Then the CSR said thank you for using Ebay and hung up.

Oh yeah, I still got charged the outrageous price of relisting the item at EbayMotors.

I was more than a little mad. I was in a rage.

Ebay CSRs are useless.

Well - that is not all true. My company is a serious powerseller on eBay, and we have a number we call, and we get someone pronto. But the sad fact is that eBay intends only to be a gateway - not a service provider, if you can figure that out. So tech help is largely up to you. There are phone numbers to call - look under Community. I'd love to give you my number we use, but you'll get disconnected quickly if you're not a powerseller.

Just a thought.

Actually they're live help is pretty good - i think that might be your best shot

Yes, ebay's customer service is atrocious. I've been trying to get RR to list them so we could rag on them till they set up proper customer service.
. They are making money hand over fist, so there's no excuse for such poor service.
