Staples Rebate Ques

I bought the scanner for 5 bucks that somebody (Doc?) posted a bit back... (75 dollar scanner -20 coupon -50 MIR)...

Well when they shipped the scanner, they literally shipped the scanner in JUST the scanner box.. no packing or anything

Well that includes not shipping a packing slip or receipt

I have the receipt from my email is that enough? (guessing not )
Or do I have to run to staples for them to print another one out?

I have submitted a couple rebates from Staple with the UPC from the box and email receipt. NO problems so far.

The rebates were for Envision monitors and they both came with no problem.

I ordered the same scanner and came in the scanner box with handle. I haven't submitted the $50 MIR yet because I called up Staples and they said they will mail me an invoice. In 10-14 business days.

Hasn't come yet.

Will wait till Feb 1 and then just mail the sticker on the package in place of bill.

Call them and request the invoice. Else do what I will do if I don't get it in a few days. I believe the postmark date is 2/4/03.

What about the paperwork that came on the box marked Not an Invoice ?

If you didn't get that, then your local Staples fufulment center is slacking.

I just got my DVD-burner from Staples last night and I am using the packing slip ("not an invoice") and the invoice on the website when I finished my transaction. The weird thing is that Staples' website does not calculate sales tax but of course they charge it and it was on the packing list ("not an invoice").

Not an Invoice wasn not in the box. There was nothing except the address label. So I cut that out and will send it if they don't send me a duplicate soon.

First time this has happened.
