To COD Or Not To COD
Hello,
I might have a good deal. The guy will COD the thing to me and he lives in the same state. Do you think I should do it? The thing I am buying for several hundred dollars.

what's the laptop?

did he give you any info on it - specs, use history, upgrades, reason for sale, warranty status, etc?

how far away is this guy - just thinking of the delivery cost vs price of heading over to check it out...

Use the US postal service. Yes COD is good.

CODs are good.

just be aware that some people have shipped bricks,etc in boxes in lieu of the expected item. i would try to open the box in front of the carrier in case something like this happens.
