Need a new joystick

Can anyone reccomend a good USB joystick.
Nothing fancy, no force feedback or anything like that.
As similiar to the microsoft sidewinder 3D pro as possible.

Thanks
WB

Yupe, it's only when I really want to play the damn game does something happen like this.
Was going to throw a comp together just to play the game.
That's not going to help in the long run though.
OH, almost forgot, on the daul-boot machine the joystick WAS seen in the new hardware screen, XP installed the drivers and the control panel for games said OK. WTF
To bad I decieded to play with my registry last year and somehow screwed it up where I lost the CD-rom and the burner.
Gotta have the CD in the drive.

I'll have to take a look at that when I go to Target this weekend.
Geeezzz, when I bought the MS stick in 95 I had to go to compusa, they didn't have anything at Target back then.
I am getting old.

Went over to BB to look at there offerings, didn't have that stick though.
One from the same company for 40 bones and had the "rumble" feature. Passed on that.
Might have to take a run over to compusa.

We have two Saitek sticks, Cyborg Gold and Rumble. Both are very heavy duty, ambidextrous and reasonably priced.

Still haven't found a game for which the rumble works, though. It tests OK.

CompUSA has the Cyborg Gold for $30. The Rumble was $40 at BB.

That's what there were getting for the rumble at BB here.
If I was a REAL gamer I would have been drooling all over those $100.00+ sticks instead of saying "HOW MUCH" to the sales rep.
I'm looking for the basic stick here, i'm begining to think there is no such thig anymore.
No rumble, no force feedback don't need 20 different buttons (I have a hard enough time using 4) just your basic plain jane USB joystick.

Thrustmaster Top Gun Fox2 Pro USB

Very comfortable for the right handed. Adjustable resistance XY. Two index finger buttons. Hat switch to the left of the two thumb switches keeps the thumb in a more comfortable position.
