Posting my experience with Cyberpower PC just to let prospective buyers make informed decisions and not make the same mistake I made in trying to deal with these folks regarding warranty issues.

Hello Cameron. I'm sorry but as stated previously this is not a warranty issue since the port is physically damaged. If the port was intact and working before but had stopped recognizing devices connected to it, then it could be considered defective and might be covered under warranty. In this situation, the issue concerns a part that has been damaged when you removed your headphones you connected to the port and can be considered the result of abuse or misuse when unplugging the headphones. Our policy clearly states that such damage would not be covered and as such we are honoring the terms of our warranty.

The USB port is not "physically damaged" as you claim, the port is "defective" because it is a USB port that was being used properly to connect headphones and "fell apart" when I unplugged my headphones. If the CD tray falls out when I take out a CD or the DVD tray falls out when I remove a DVD they would be "defective" and this situation is no different. It would be in your best interest to honor your (3) year warranty and replace this "defective" USB port.
I am absolutely using the rear port right now but it is less convenient and I have a warranty in effect on the front port which came apart during normal use. My suggestion would be that you do the right thing and replace the defective USB port. I have had about (10) desktop computers in my lifetime and I have never had a USB port just "come apart" on me during normal use until I bought a PC from Cyberpower.
Nothing will turn a satisfied customer into an "unsatisfied" customer quicker than a company that does not honor its warranty and stand behind their product. Please give this a little more thought before you decide not to honor your warranty.
Thank you in advance for your consideration in this matter.

Hello Cameron. I'm sorry but this issue would not be covered under warranty since the port is physically damaged. You will need to either use the other ports, such as the one on the back panel, or connect a USB hub for additional front panel ports.

I purchased a Gamer Infinity SLI KO about (7) months ago and I really love it! That being said, the USB port I have been using to plug in my headphones just fell apart today. The little metal keeper that goes around the port and keeps it in place popped out and will not pop back into place and keep the port intact. I'm enclosing a picture of it so you'll know what I'm talking about. Please let me know how I can get this fixed asap.
Thanks
