CompUSA doesn't have very good prices on processors. Hell, we have all the big box stores here, and I STILL get most of my stuff online

rourkchris, take a day and drive up here, I'll drag you around to all the local places and let you drool over all their stuff. For me my favorite place is called Computer Garage Sale, boxes of stuff to rummage through. The places that have all their stock in the back room I don't like as well.

Aaron_J no this guy doesn't get alot of business. It's a small shop that he actually lives in the back of. Most of his business seems to be setting up networks for small businesses and robbing people with his "upgrade specials" and his $40.00 an hour repairing older PCs. I've been there a few times(wishfully hoping for something better) and I've never seen another person in there yet. fyxxer32 I'm so very tempted! Can't get away from work until July though. Maybe I'll start saving for a shopping trip?!kraw my parents live a little outside of New Orleans so I'm dissapointed to hear that. Was hoping to have them pick some things up-not now though. I get 99.9% of my hardware/software online through vendors whom I trust(newegg, directron, googlegear, TCWO, and Multiwave) or buying/trading here at TechIMO. I live 30 miles from a BestBuy so occasionally I'll buy something there.
