decent 32mb vid card?

What is the least expensive, decent 32mb non gamers AGP vid card? It is required for a Biostar mobo (via chipset).

http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...roperty&DEPA=1
shows these @ $23:
VGA CHAINTECH AG-SI40 SIS 305 32MB 2X VGA & TV-OUT.
VGA APOLLO SIS 305 AGP 2/4X 32MB SDR W /TV
My sons old 4mb card has sis chip, so am assuming that either of these would work.
The Chaintec has DDR, so am leaning towards it.

Am I fulfilling the typical Newbie requirement of posting like a mad man?

so what your saying is you want an increadibly cheap 32mb AGP vid card for a computer. You don't play games, you just want your PC to display some sort of image on your screen.

Well I would suggest somethign like a TNT2, as you have great stability, drivers, and support from nVidia! IT's and older 2d/3d card so you will have 3d which is pretty unaviodable now adays, but you'll have the price you want to. Well actually it will proabbly be more like $30-40 for it.

For $29.95 ($34 shipped) you can get a GF2MX-400 w/ 64MB and TV-out. I know you're not a gamer, but IMO this is the card to get.

Bob,
Yes $30-35 is about the limit re the card. I can swap the Mobo for an onboard vid one using 32mb system memory @ $60, so there is not much sense going higher. With 512mb installed, the system should be unaffected. We play no games, so i have never bothered with garnering information on vid cards.
You have been helpful.
Thanks

Dan,
That sounds GREAT!
Have you purchased from Weirdstuff? they show a lot of pulls, though the vid card is listed as OEM.
thanks a bunch!

OK, I'm going to order The GF2MX-400 from wierdstuff, but am unsure of drivers for XP. I could not locate a driver at Driverguide.com.
Will XP generic driver load & run this card?

NVidia unified XP/2000 driver page.

This driver is working well for me on my MX400 on XP.
