BZBoyz.com Victims, Please read!

Hello People and Happy New Year! I am making it my personal task in life to close up Bzboyz.com. After finding them through Pricewatch.com I ordered from them. They shipped me 2 dead motherboard combos and will not give me a full refund. I did nothing wrong, they admitted they sent me a defective product and then proceeded to steal my money. I wish I hand known about resellerratings.com BEFORE I ordered! So I encourage the many users that have been lied to and stolen from by this company to contact me and I will help you in any way that I can to report and file complaints to the proper authorities as I have including, The Justice Dept. The CA BBB, The CA District Attorney’s Office and The Federal Trade Commission that governs Internet Commerce. This company should not be allowed to devalue the defective products that it ships and I am now dedicated to putting a stop to them as a whole. They don't add the final price up anywhere!!!
You have to wait for them to charge you all they want and send you stupid crap they don't need. They kept calling me for billing info like 10 times. it took them 1 month more than anyone else to send the stuff and they sent me ram I did not intend to purchase!!

Ive purchased from them via willcall several times (they are a mile away) ive never had a problem and they are always very helpful, they are the BEST spot to buy Swiftech products from, the family also owns Tufshop right around the corner---

By any chance are you from NJ? My friend there bought a mobo from them and had the same problems as you did and they kept charging him everytime he sent it back. He also stated that his life mission was to do negative advertising for BZ Boys.

I would like to add if anyone knows some one who is in a similar situation, please feel free to reffer them to me. There is strength in numbers.

If anyone knows of other effective ways of dealing with vendors of the calibre of BZboyz, then please enlighten me. I will follow up.

Please do not even consider the implications of living close enough to walk into BZBoyz! This is about people that cannot and are loosing time and money trying to deal with them.

Its amazing how long those guys have been able to stay around. I thought about ordering from them about two years ago - at the time they listed a Wisconsin address on Pricewatch. The address was close to me so I drove by to see what the place looked like - turns out it was a vacant lot.

My next stop was Resellerratings.com. What a sad commentary. At the time it seemed like all they did was keep selling the same broken parts to one person after another. Apparently things haven't changed. It really makes you appreciate the "good guys" like Newegg just that much more.

I don't know how to shut them down, but it appears that the bulk of their business comes from their Pricewatch.com postings. Maybe you can discuss the issue with Pricewatch and see if you can get them banned from posting there.

I think pricewatch should refer reseller ratings to anyone looking up stuff there. It'll help allot. I know they dont do ads but hey if theyre interested in peoples well being they better do it.
