BZBoyz.com Victims, Please read!

I just got a letter from BZBOYZ.. Apparently they read these.

They said I didn't give them a phone number
(Funny They called me and tried to Upgrade my system.)
(The bait and Switch Routine.)

Then they claimed that they emailed me a number of times.
Since I check my Email Multiple times daily.
(The only message I got was that it was cancelled.)

After re reading the message it doesn't look like they want to Offer a Resolution to what happened to me.

But are trying to BLAME me for the order not going through!

Dear BZBOYZ..

IF YOU DON"T HAVE MY NUMBER HOW DID YOU CALL ME BY RANDOM PHONE NUMBERS?

I Honestly don't expect a resolution to this...
If they do resolve this I will post results...

Well no Response from my reply it looks like it was just them Blaming me for my order not going through...

UGH! Stupid me... LOL

Funny thing is BZBOYs didn't say what problems they had fullfilling my order, just that I didn't supply a phone number..
(Yet they did call me.)

Anyway so far No repsonse (Positive that is.)

UH What do I care on HOW they called?
Does that Resolve my Issue?.. NO

I'm more concerned like Hundreds of Others, Making them mad, and waisting their time if they are just going to cancel orders for no reason.

To me this should be a Bigger Concern than..
"How they got my number?"

( They probobably got my Phone number when I marked the box. Previous customer.)

Investigation OVER!

Why not Investigate, why Hundreds of People are Pissed off at your BZBOYZ and Refuse to order anything from your company Because the order will just be canceled!

To ME that would be a bigger investigation other than..
"I wonder how they got my number."

Or I guess I'm Just STUPID $%A$#% Customer who doesn't know $%&*^%

About 6 years ago when I was first starting my PC Technician interests, I came across BzBoyz at PW. I called their phone number, and it was a phone sex hotline. I tried it several times again later after I waited for the next phone bill to be sure nothing was charged. Granted my calls were short (seriously!), their number listed on PW remained that hotline for sometime. I don't know when they changed it, as I got bored of checking.

But that was enough to tell me to stay away. I don't even use PW any more. And that's because of all the problems I've had with vendors listed on their site, they never even replied to my NUMEROUS complaints about them. They don't care if their vendors are frauds. I can always use other search engines, like here at RR, or anandtech, or google...
