would you be upset if order take too long to ship?

You probably thinking hmm their goofing around, there is no excuses why anyone couldnt ship out order within 48 hours. it been 2 day already since i place order on weekend so today will be the third if it not shipped out. im quite disappointed.
this company called esystor www.esystor.com will not shop there again ever... i also paid a little more here where i can get somewhere else cheaper and faster service too. i was just trying them out, big mistake...another company called compgeeks.com are just as bad and they sell obselete junk component that are mostly defective or about to go dead any min now. i think i rather deal with rebate and get it immediately and wait a month for the saving, this is frustrating. because it going to take 10 days or more to get my order.

Was the item in stock when you bought it? If it's not in stock they can't ship it.

I think so, but if it isn't they should say so i don't waste my time for who know how long when they get it again...all i got was a message telling me processed and ready to be ship. wtf? hmm not good, is going to take alot longer then 10 days. wish i can cancel my order but they will penalize me for 15 dollar cancelation fee. obsoletely unbelivable!

SugarD, I've asked you via Private Message to control the content of your posts.

Making brash statements about companies like Computer Geeks to this crowd won't win any friends.

In regards to your comment about a company who didn't ship in a whole 48 HOURS, I see you've never been in business.
Give em a break OK, some people actually are busy in their work and have a "backlog" of orders.
Many others do NOT stock items but instead have an offshore supplier so they do not pay inventory tax for the luxury of selling items.

If you paid extra to get priority handling of your order and it was promised in a specific time frame, then you do have a complaint, otherwise not.

Doc

I understand they can take all the time in the world because my order must not be very important to them...they can take another week for all i care because this is the kind of company who will not have repeat buyer...

no, because unlike you, i know not to expect it within so short a time period, esp now during the holidays.

if you really need something fast, buy it locally.

actually if ya order on a weekend dont expect quick service cuz it aint gonna happen drive to a local store and pay for it with cash if your in a big hurry besides it the local stores that need help to stay in business not the super mega low marts of the world

of course i started out with a 1200 baud modem so im used to waiting and here in upstate ny even the cable tv comes in by 3rd class mail
