Advice needed
I'm trying to decide whether I should spend $800 and build a monster computer or buy an adeqet one from dell for $400...
One I'm considering builing:
(I Have most parts, but lack of time)
Antec mod case amd approved 400 psu
(2) amd 1900mp processors
tyan motherboard
1 gig registered ram
80 gig maxtor harddrive
52x cd-rom
48x24x48 cdrw
Xp Pro and Xp Office

| C'mon, a Celeron? I'd rather build the supercomputer than get one with a Celeron processor.

man, I'd suggest in between. Non-duallies, since if your considering a celeron, you probably don't need them.
But, get at least a P4 or High Athlon, at least 256-512 Ram, never 128 anymore.

Well I suggest building a moderate computer. I say drop a cpu and just get one for now.. 
With 512 mb ram.. |

Well that's why you should possibly kill the second cpu idea right now. Or just wait until you get more money. (How long do you think that will be?)

I know, it is just the lure of having a dually!!  ...I guess I'm just going to have to build it. I'll keep u posted.
