Advice needed

I'm trying to decide whether I should spend $800 and build a monster computer or buy an adeqet one from dell for $400...

One I'm considering builing:
(I Have most parts, but lack of time)

Antec mod case amd approved 400 psu
(2) amd 1900mp processors
tyan motherboard
1 gig registered ram
80 gig maxtor harddrive
52x cd-rom
48x24x48 cdrw
Xp Pro and Xp Office

Or Dell:

Quote from techbargains.com

"Dell Home has a nice deal for a well equipped budget desktop. Dimension 2350 Celeron 2Ghz 128MB DDR/Free 60GB drive upgrade, 48x CD, Free 40x CD-RW, Harman Speakers, 56k modem, Ethernet, XP Home, Word Perfect Pack $489 - $100 rebate = $389. $45 evening shipping. "

C'mon, a Celeron? I'd rather build the supercomputer than get one with a Celeron processor.

man, I'd suggest in between. Non-duallies, since if your considering a celeron, you probably don't need them.
But, get at least a P4 or High Athlon, at least 256-512 Ram, never 128 anymore.
my $.02

Well that's why you should possibly kill the second cpu idea right now. Or just wait until you get more money. (How long do you think that will be?)
