On Dec 11th I ordered a Digital camera from
www.premiumphoto.com It was the Olympus C-4000, the site goot good rating on bizrate so i went for the order. The weird thing was after about 3 days i had still not recieved any type of conformation what so ever. No E-mail no phone call. I made several calls to them and never ever got though. Being about a little over a week already, still no conformation, then the 2 days befor christmas and it still had not come. With the camera not comming i got suspicious, i then check bizrate again, it just showed the whole last week got 100% bad ratings. Called again never got though. by this time i was pretty pissed then the day after christmas i finally got through to them, and BOY was their customer service not just rude but practically didnt know what they were doing, they jsut said we lost all the orders. So i asked what i can do about it, they just siad i dont know what your suppose to do. Now that was really odd service, not to mention i was put on hold for about 45 min. With no progress when they came back on they said nothing was charged, i was like thank god! aint gonna buy fromt his place again.
Anyways... that was my worst online order experiance ever.
If anyone knows of a good deal on a Olympus C-4000 anywhere online at a reliable place it would be wonderful, i'm still mad but i'd still need to get that camera, didnt make it for christmas so gotta make it sooner then never.
