Deal on XP 2400+?

Anyone know somewhere that might have a good deal on an XP 2400+? I want to upgrade my CPU - but $180 seems steep for OEM, especially when retail is $195

Anyone got me a hookup?

Thanks!

$175 is a good price that includes shipping, most other places might be a few $'s less but figure the shipping and Newegg's price is still the low ball.

If you can afford it, try to get a retail version. It's worth the extra twenty bucks. A lot of places are advertising their OEM XP2400+ at 1.93Ghz, which isn't the correct speed for a 2400. I don't know if their remarked CPU's or what, but I wouldn't want to chance it. Expecially since the OEM chips have a 15-30 day warranty and the retail has a 3-year warranty, plus you get the HSF if you need one. It only cost me an extra $17 to get a retail version, I think it was money well spent. Just my .02
