Recieved Busted case.. What to do?

Just posting an update for those who may want to use techonweb.com

Technoweb e-mailed me on 12-22-02 that they would have it picked up.

UPS picked up my case on 1-7-02.

I recieved my case back yesterday (1-17-02).

Not to bad at all. It also appears to be a different case. I thought they might just change the front so put a special mark on the power supply. Its not their so it must be a new one. My only thing is that the styrofoam packing is either broke the same or its the same packing. It was broke at the top in a unique way.. so I assume they used the same broken packing.

But.. again my marks not there and the case came back quicker than they said and it appears to be just fine.

I will use them again

That's good to hear. I know that Newegg makes you pay for the shipping there and they pay the shipping to you. (at least it was the last time I checked)

As for the styrofoam packing, I don't think I've gotten a case yet (regardless of shipper) that the styrofoam packing wasn't broken. Seems even if the case makes it to my door undamaged, the box and packing still take a lot of abuse. Sad, ain't it?
