MP3 to FM Transmitter anyone ?

Those pesky wires running to the in-dash CD/Tape player are old.

Has anyone used any type of FM transmitter for this purpose?

Several are listed, from $20 up ->>

I haven't used one of those Doc, but it's prolly the same technology as the FM wireless we use for guitars. And they work really well.Just make sure ya get one with the adjustable frequency settings on the off chance there is a FM radio station on the same channel
Of course in a car, at 3 - 4 feet from the arial, prolly wouldn't be a problem.

I used a Rio (in a past car) with a connect to the aux in on the back of the head unit, the Rio fit in the unused ashtray and the wire was easily routed out the back of the tray to the aux in---simple to remove the Rio to re-program AND 100% concealable when parked---way before these cool transmitters were available...
