How do you RMA something?

ARRRRRRRRRRRG!!!!!!!!!! My roommate screwed up my burner. I got it back in August from Newegg. How would I go about RMAing it? I know I start with a request on their site but is there anything I should know first?

i've never rma'd back to newegg, but an invoice number would be for starters...

Generally they will provide on the site what info they need from you. Just remember not to send anything more than they ask for.

You will likely have to go throught he manufacturer for the warranty work.

What make and model is it?
