Dunbar, did you try using just whole numbers (no decimels)? And make sure to also set a minimum price. It worked for me last night when I checked prices for the sonic s35s. THey also seem to keep quite up to date with their prices! As I knew that provantage had one of the cheapest prices of my particular product I was surprissed not to see it listed in the froogle search. But lo and behold at the provantage website I saw that the s35s is backordered... THey were in stock as of a couple days ago. THat's purdy darned good if you ask me.
I give it a B+, a great engine, but they need to refine the features a bit

When I visited their hardware section, I saw the 'narrow by price' boxes had decimals in them, so I repeated their example.
When I read your message, I repeated the same search and yes, removing decimals made the difference for me. Thanks for the pointer.

Froogle is a nice step for Google, but still without a doubt, a BETA. Working for an online business, uploading file lists is still cumbersome and slow, meaning that getting a large portion of the market (like pricewatch has) will take some serious time and effort on Google's part.

That is, on Pricewatch, the retailers have to go to pricewatch.com and submit thier prices (and pay for the privledge; Pricewatch listings are basically paid ads.) Now, on the Froogle site, a bot surfs through all on-line web stores and finds the best prices automatically, without the store direct knowledge, even.

| I don't think that's the case. Stores still have to provide google/froogle with a datafeed as per their info pages.

Well, Even if the site is less than perfect, ya gotta admit that the way they twisted the spelling of frugal is cool.
