My sentiment exactly but............
Scott made a very valid point of the bumping option. I guess it was abused in the past from disgruntled customers. They would continuosly edit the post to to bump. That would be unethical AFAIC. Make your point and see what happens.
In my case - I always make a point of this when emailing. I waited a day for cooling off before typing anything. I first edited my initial review and then copied the link in an email to...........
NewEgg Customer Service and wrote a 3 page email on what I concider a good business model and my thoughts on customer service that I make for my company and I feel that any company that I deal with should follow the same general practices that I adhere to. If not, they lost my business. Period.
BTW - the email that I sent them also requested an read receipt - they haven't even read it 2 days later

. I guess that goes to show how right I was.
