This thread is only for information purposes - for those who forgot to download the rebate forms when they purchase the items.
I did not download the rebate forms for two items I purchased at officemax. I bought the items on a thursday and remembered that I had to print the rebate forms the next friday. When I went to officemax.com, I could not find the rebate forms on their site. I contacted the customer service and they did not respond to my requests. By looking at the rebate links, I figured out that the rebate forms are located in the following web-directory
http://images.officemax.com/pdf/<year>_<month>/
In my case, the <year> is 2002 and <month> is 11. Thus, I searched for the rebate forms in
http://images.officemax.com/pdf/2002_11/
If anyone had memory lapse for a week and did not print the rebate forms, look for the rebate forms using the above trick. One can find the folder for the entire year 2002 in the web directory
