I think a lot of people go to Price-is-best" sits and pick the Company with the lowest.
Not smart.
Some of these may be Co's in dire financial straits and would sell stock at below net cost to pay the Electric bill and Rent. Will the Co. still be in business when you try to collect a refund?
Some of these no-name Co's may close under one name and re-open under another. Who knows.
Recently, a reletive asked me about a Christmas present. I suggested Newegg which was out of it and then TCWO.
When she asked, "Is this the lowest price?", I responded, "No, but it's the lowest Price from a reputable Co. that I know".
Pay the few x-tra bucks for peace of mind--and maybe your money ! And remember, you're giving them your Credit Card #, too. Prudence is preferable to greed in these circumstances.
