You don't need trade referances... Explain you are just starting a buisness and you can leave them blank.

They will probably not accept COD company check ... You will probably have to pay with a money order or cash up front.

That is how I started, after 2 - 3 purchases they realise you are legit and you can buy stuff COD check.

i need to find some good distributor names though. i can't seem to find a distributor for evercool/aoc products
