Vantec Nexus NXP-101 opinion wanted

Here's a link to a new Vantec multi-panel set-up that I'm interested in. I think it's a little pricey at $40, but it does support
USB 2.0 and firewire ; plus it has a nice center dial to adjust your
CPU fan RPM. It comes with three different bezels. Great, I originally thought.

The thing I'm having a real problem with, from a business perspective, is this. Those three bezel colors are almost alike!
Why have two shades of blue? Wouldn't we, as consumers,
prefer to see a black and maybe a silver bezel?
What were these people at Vantec thinking?? Or is it just me?
They don't make cases that these colors would match, do they?

Your comments appreciated, as always. Thanks. Here's the link:

(You'll have to click on the "more" button to "play" w/ the bezels).

I think the lighter blue is actually supposed to be a grey. In any case, it looks like a neat device, for all you tweakers out there. Definetely not neccessary, but kinda neat.

Yeah, I would use it to "sell the sizzle, not the steak" in a high-end system. Maybe that's more of a "smoke" color. Since the unit
is aluminum color, the third faceplate should have been "clear".

I think what amazes me about all this is, the marketing groups
not thinking this through. Maybe those colors work in overseas
markets.

Along those same lines, that new Sony DVD burner,(DPU500A?).
Silver tray and white/beige bezel - what's up with that? A lot of
people have complained about that in forums as looking really
"cheesy."
