Seems like they've been having some serious email issues lately. I had a heckuva time getting mine registered a month ago, or so.
Right now on the main page, it says that he's working his way through a huge backlog of emails, but that was posted on Oct 9th. Apparently, it's not an automated process.
There is a blurb form Aug 18th:
That's where I finally sent my email, and got a reply within a day. I just put "Heatware Activation" in the subject line, and gave them my username, email, and password.
It's a shame they can't seem to get their email thing straightened out....I've seen a lot of these types of posts lately. Not a good thing, considering what a great resourse Heatware is.
