Has anyone else had a problem with ordering a case from colorcases.com? If so how did you get your case/money from them? I've tried just about everything all to no avail.............

I read so many NEGATIVE reviews here about colorcases.com that I just decided it wasn't worth taking the risk with them. Why is it that buying a PC Case online has to be a risk? WHY?

Anyway, a friend of mine refered me to this site because he was so happy with the case he got and how fast he got it:

They have some awesome cases and so far they seem to have the lowest prices anywhere not to mention they don't charge any RESTOCKING FEES that's why I placed an order with them today.

I placed my order this afternoon and couple of hours later, they sent me an email confirming my order was shipped! That was fast! I am so happy with them cuz I just can't wait to get my case on monday and start building it.

As for your money back, I got ripped off b4 too, by a compnay called vikingcomputers.com (otta business last year). I lost like around $80 in frigg3n RESTOCKING FEEs and Shipping and Handling.

But since they have not shipped u the case yet, u can call them and cancel the order. If they don't answer or give u the runaround, call ur credit card company and dispute the charge!!!
You should have no problem getting ur money back.

and somewhere i was reading reviews about them at a positive note .......knew i should of just kept workin on my drive swap out..

updated, i finally spoke to someone ran a check and they ship out tomorrow.
Well I wouldn't have nominated him for ms congeniality but its done and out...and since i have lost my voice i couldn't say much.

but comfor is here and they do have some nice cases they also where in a review in a show, don't ask me where cuz i couldn't remember

Some1 else here in Resellerratings had pointed out to me dat I culda bought dat same case for $89 bucks coupla hours after I placed the order fom www.xpcases.com last friday

I contacted xpcases.com yesterday and they verified the price but newegg did not have that price for the silver case no mo!? Instead newgg only had dat $89 price for only the BLUE 1

But luckly xpcases told me since it's the same style case and something about making customers happy, they offered to adjust me $89 for that case and gave 2 more FREE CLEAR CASE FANS!!! hahhaa...I almost shed tears... not to mention I got the case yesterday now that's FAST service. I am so happy with theses guys the case was exactly like on their site

Teh 420 WATT power supply dat came with da case had dis cool net wrap thing dat wrap the cable connecting to mothaboard, da clear side panel had dis thick plastic wrap material covering it inside n out to protect from scratch, very nicely done. My cous wants to purchase 1 and I told him to go to newegg but after this, I will definately tell him to go to xpcases.com instead! They can surely expect a A+++++ Review from me. too bad they aren't listed here yet.

What's funny is they are responding to every comment. They even posted something to a comment that just said "test". They seem to mainly be blaming the West Coast Port thing in thier the latest comments.

with a rating of under 2...colorcases.com aint even dreaming of seeing any of my cash. If I go there at all its to look at cases just to get an idea of whats out there.

colorcases (plural) has a rating less than 2

I personally think that if I had a company...and my customers rated me a 2...Im pretty sure Id close and start over or just look for another line of work.

Reminds me of peeps with their names plastered all over town for writing bad checks....I just dont understand it.
