Area-51m laptop from anyone else?

Is it possible to get an Alienware Area-51m laptop from anyone else besides Alienware? Any resellers known? I have been looking on the net but all sites eventually point back to Alienware's site to buy. The Area-51m will not ship for up to 6 weeks from Alienware, so I was looking other places to see ifI could get it sooner. Any info will be much helpful!

I know Best Buy has some Alienware stuff for sale. I have never seen a laptop there, but you may be able to order them through BB. I doubt it would be less expensive or faster though...

The A51m is just Alienware's version of the Clevo 56N. There are many other sites offering the same basic system, just tweaked differently. The system in question is most commonly known as the Sager 5620 (or the P4m version - 5650). You can find this system at the following (and other) sites:

(ProStar's site - I don't know the address, and it will be called the ProStar 5694, or something like that, but Sager and ProStar are sister companies, anyway)

Alienware is the only one of these who offer custom paint jobs, though.

I've never used them, but I thought I should point out that Power Notebook's Reseller Rating is currently the highest of any company with a large number of responses. For a long while thier rating was a perfect 10, but now it's only 9.98 or something.

you can get Sager Notebooks at PCtorque.com as well. i found they have lower prices than anyone!. and there resellerrating is (for 6 mos.) a perfect 10.
