PC Club is selling generic RAM 256MB PC133 sticks for $27. Not too bad. Im sure there is cheaper places out there. This is of couse a suggestion if you have a PC CLub near your house. You wont have to wait for it to come and you wont have to pay shipping and handling.

I've purchased a 256MB CAS2 PC133 SDRAM stick from crucial.com for $34 shipped (after $10 coupon).

I've seen Micron $256 memory sticks at bananapc.com for $21 + $6 shipping. I've ordered couple of them. However, I don't know the quality of these RAM sticks.

If you would like to go through the hassles of Mail-in-rebates, then you can find PNY 256MB SDRAM for $30. I've seen these RAM sticks to be very stable (never tried overclocking).
