Anyone have problems with Heatware?

I tried to register on Heatware.com's site, and it says that it sent a confirmation email to my address so I can activate my account. The problem is I never get that email. I have checked and made sure that I am not filtering it to my junk mail or trash, and have requested the email several times already. I even emailed the guy directly but it has been over a week and a half now and he still hasn't gotten back to me yet.

Has anyone been able to successfully register on Heatware lately?

Yes, they're having problems. Send an email to heat@elitehardware.com with "Account Activation" in the subject line. Include your username and email address.

I just went through this a couple weeks ago, and that's how I finally resolved it.

Hi Ruahrc,

Did you get that squared away? If not, pls PM or email me and I'll try to help.

Also, for any FYI:

The HeatWare support email account has been inaccessible for over a week, but we finally got it fixed. There is a huge backlog of emails which I will be slowing chipping away at. Account Activation requests will have priority. I am very sorry for the delay and I ask that yall please be patient.
