IBEX Computers; Anyone heard of them?

Found this link on the Reselleratings search page (barebones). It was in the grey box at the bottom, so I assume it is ad-link.

No listing for them at RR, and I can't find any info about them at Yahoo (or any of the stores for that matter).

Anyone ever heard of or dealt with them?
