I have never used them myself, and was wondering if anyone here did, and what is your impression of them?

I use them and have been very happy with them.

There are plenty of horror stories out there though, but they were recently purcahsed by ebay, so I would think that their "credibility and responsibility" would be on the rise.

I was just in Resseller Ratings and thier rating is in the basement, 3. something I'll wait and see what others have to say

When I buy at ebay I use them. Never had a problem.
They always send my money right through to the seller.
Just used them yesterday.

I have never received money but other than having to pay for the
stated rates I don't see a problem.
I like them.
It takes a little while to get registered since you have to verify bank accounts.

Just found resellerratings.com last night. I have to figure that most people only submit when they have a problem so a lot of
companies will have low ratings. But most are deserved.

I have had a big problem with them as they are not as secure as they claim, someone got into my account and cleared my checking account out. I could get them to act on it very quickly so my bank charged them back and got my money for me. look at this

I use them to buy never had a problem buying with them. I hear a lot of the problems are from the sellers side.

I did have issues verifying my bank account it did take a long time and was kind of a hassle but once that was done I have had no problems

I use them, my wife uses them and neither of us have had any problems...

although I know many ppl have.

That stuff is kinda freaking me out... maybe i just won't buy anything on ebay anymore...

I have used paypal for a while without any problems at all, but I just keep reading and reading horrible things about them. Maybe it's time to call it quits.

I still sell on ebay but rarely buy off ebay. I used paypal for 2 years without problems til my problem arose.

I've used them for hundreds of transactions, both buying and selling. I've never had a problem either way. Most of the problems I've heard about are from people sending money from stolen credit cards.
