One ntoe of caution though,and IMO general guidelines to using paypal.
PayPal is NOT a bank. Though they may act like one, they are not, and thus are not goverened by the same laws. (FDIC, insurance, etc...)
In light of this DO NOT USE THEM AS SUCH. People who store money in paypal are basicly asking for it. If someone gets your account, through various means, they can clean you out and paypal has to do nothing. They are not like a bank in that respect.
I use paypal. I like paypal. I also have paypal set on a checking account with $3.00 in it. Yes that is right, $3. Why $3? So that no one can clean it out. Get a checking account with a minimum balence and use that. Anytime you get money or need money, deposit it, or clean out the account.
Don't let money sit there.
