Ive ordered from them a bunch of times; most recently about 3 months ago.

Good prices, but EXTREMELY slow to ship parts. I generally waited 7-9 days to receive parts from them.

When I need it fast, I use NewEgg. When I want a great deal on something basic and dont mind waiting, I use SVCompucycle.

I order sunday from and just got order on hold no answers to my emails or any reason why its on hold.

I've had extremly poor business treatment. Don't be fooled by the earlier praises like I was. They are not organized or operating proffessionally at all. Prices were good but there is more to it than that. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with them.

I ordered from them on Monday the 23rd Received a Conformation email same day.
Received a Email on the 24th saying my order was shipped with a UPS tracking #..tracking # DOES NOT work
I paid XTRA for 3 day shipping so I would have this by today for the weekend project ...Well need I say it never showed up
Several emails since I received the bad tracking # have gone UNANSWERED ...
I WILL NOT RECOMEND them to anyone,Bad tracking # unanswered emails pay extra for 3 day shipping and they cant even ship it
I just hope everything I ordered works if they are this bad at shipping what you order and answering emails what will you go through for a RMA
At this rate they will be receiving a very unfavorable rating from me on reseller rating's

I bought my stuff in-store. Avoided any shipping costs. For the most parth, they have like, 3 people on computers and one person who does inventory and stuff. I placed my order right there and they were courteous in getting all my stuff put together. They seem like a legit business and weren't hiding anything from me... but I can't speak about their online purchasing and shipping. Their customer support was friendly when i called about stuff... as for e-mails, they never answered...

They ARE slow to ship, but they do get it done. I never get anything from them if I'm in a hurry for it, but the prices are generally very good and worth waiting for.

If I'm in a bigger hurry, I'll pay the higher prices at NewEgg.

I got a questionable tracking number for my latest order. Doesn't seem to be a USPS style number. All my previous orders were great. This is my first order since they redid their site - but I hope to reply back in a few days with good news.

Please do post back. I was getting ready to put in a fairly sizeable order, but if they're slipping and sliding on their shipping and service even further, even a great price doesn't make a deal good
