Unable to add a reseller?

I've tried for about a week now to add The Mate Company so I can write my review of their performance, but I still do not see them added to the database. Does it normally take longer then a week, or is this just a problem with the recent update (time restraints)?

This company has still not been added after at least three emails and over two weeks. Is there some sort of special opt out program that they might be enrolled in? Should I just give up on getting it registered with reseller ratings, or is there anyone I can contact that will answer their email here at reseller ratings?

Yes, the Administrator -- owner -- of this website is Scott Wainner...he frequents this forum but IIRC, has an e-mail address, too.

If you can't find his e-mail HERE, then go over to techimo.com and find it...you can then ask him why your review can't get your review posted:

Well I've tried everything possible to get TMC listed here and I still have had not one single response from anyone remotely in charge. I can only assume that because of the name (The mate company) they believe it to be objectionable (that’s not the case though --> www.tmcSCSI.com <-- see the SCSI part?).

So I give up, I have tried 6 emails (all unanswered), at least a dozen tries using the "add a reseller" button, and a forum post about the problem with 5 (Yes, count’em folks, five) moderators apparently moderating something else and still no official reply.

I am curious if anyone else can add a reseller (maybe I was just blacklisted ) or get any responses? If so let me know.

I have waited an entire month, after your message Scott and still nothing added. If you’re so backlogged why not ask for some help, I know I would be willing too and maybe some others would contribute their time as well.
