As Mortis mentioned in
this thread (ResellerRatings Update), one of the uses of ResellerRatings is as a "post purchase reenforcer", so that merchants understand that they are accountable for the service, or lack thereof, that they provide.
We're entertaining the idea of giving all those users who have an account at ResellerRatings.com, their own ResellerRatings.net email address, in the format
username@resellerratings.net. That email would forward to whatever email account you specify. The point of that would be to enable you to enter your resellerratings.net email account when you place online orders, to immediately communicate to merchants that you're aware of ResellerRatings and will be submitting a review of their performance.
